The Queen is set to open Parliament with a speech at 11.30am Wednesday, in what is promised to be the first all-Conservative Queen's speech since 1996.
The speech sets out the government's legislative plans, and will be delivered in the House of Lords in front of MPs, peers and other dignitaries.
The Queen is expected to arrive at the House Of Lords Chamber about 11.15am. Her 64th speech, which is written by ministers and given on behalf of the government, is expected to last 10 minutes.
