All eyes were on the ‘Queer Eye’ boys as they hit the red carpet at the Creative Arts Emmys on Sunday night.

The Fab Five became overnight sensations when the ‘Queer Eye’ reboot debuted on Netflix earlier this year, in particular grooming guru Jonathan Van Ness, whose positive attitude and quick-fire quotes inspired many a meme.

And let’s just say, he didn’t disappoint with his Emmys debut, where he sported a sheer blouse, a bejeweled skirt and some impressively high heels…

He was joined on the red carpet by his four co-stars, including culture vulture Karamo Brown, who kept it typically cool in a maroon overcoat and gold brooch…

As for the rest of the boys, they kept things a little more traditional red carpet, but still looked suave as the group posed for photographers together...

It was a big night for the ‘Queer Eye’ team, who not only turned heads on the red carpet, but also took home three of the four Emmys they were nominated for, being honoured for its casting and picture editing.

The show was also named Outstanding Structured Reality Program, beating the likes of ‘Who Do You Think You Are?’, ‘Lip Sync Battle’, ‘Antiques Roadshow’ and ‘Shark Tank’, the US version of ‘Dragon’s Den’.

It was a similarly important night for Andrew Lloyd Webber, Tim Rice and John Legend, whose win as co-producers of ‘Jesus Christ Superstar Live In Concert’ was the final piece of the puzzle to earn them all EGOT status.

John’s win was particularly noteworthy, as he was not just the youngest ever member of the EGOT hall of fame, but the first black man in entertainment history to reach the accolade.

And just in case you thought the Emmys had somehow passed you by, last night marked the Creative Arts Emmys, with the main ceremony set to take place this weekend.

Incidentally, John is up for yet another award during that ceremony, having served as the lead in ‘Jesus Christ Superstar Live In Concert’, as well as one of its co-producers.
