R Kelly gave a masterclass in how not to act in an interview on Monday when he walked out after being questioned about sexual assault accusations.
The "Ignition" singer was asked by Huff Post Live host Caroline Modarressy-Tehrani how he would respond to fans who felt conflicted when buying his albums.
The following tweet was read out on air to illustrate the issue.
Kelly replied: "F–k that. I’m a man that believes what I see and everywhere I go…and everywhere I’ve been…I get nothing but love."
The interview quickly descended into farce as Kelly became increasingly defensive, asked Modarressy-Tehrani if she drank, whether she knew what a deposition was, questioned her intelligence, and threatened to leave and go to McDonald's.
He said: "I did not come here to get interrogated. I didn’t come here for a deposition.
"Do you know what a deposition is? You should agree with me that this sounds like a deposition.
"This is a deposition. This is not about R. Kelly. This is not about music. This is not about someone who works hard on his music who has an album out.
"This is about trying to interrogate me and about disrespect."
Kelly then called Modarressy-Tehrani "beautiful" and walked off the set.
