A four-year-old girl has died after being run over by a reversing car on a driveway.
The youngster was trapped under the Ford Focus on a drive in Coppice Mead, Biggleswade, Bedfordshire, at around 8.30am on 20 February.
She was taken to Addenbrooke's Hospital for treatment but died from her injuries on Saturday, a spokeswoman for Bedfordshire Police said.
She has not yet been officially named by police.
Officers from Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire collision investigation unit launched a probe after the collision.
The force spokeswoman added that the coroner for Cambridgeshire will open an inquest in due course.
