With ‘X Factor’ presenters and judges seemingly making their exits left, right and centre, it seems the one star Simon Cowell is determined to keep on his team is Rita Ora.

Despite the news that she was joining the judging panel getting a lukewarm reception when it was announced last year, Rita made a great impression on viewers, with reports now claiming Simon is determined not to let her get away from the show.
A show insider has told the Daily Star: “Rita is his number one target. He sees her as being the one person that could save the series and make it great again.”

The source also claimed that Louis Tomlinson’s arrival on the panel is looking like “a done deal”, following the news that Nick Grimshaw was stepping down as a judge after just one series.
However, it might not be as easy as Simon would hope, as Rita recently revealed that ‘The Voice’ was keen to sign her up when the BBC series makes the jump to ITV next year.
Rita previously served as a coach on the fourth series of ‘The Voice’, but was eventually poached by Simon to join ‘X Factor’, being replaced by Paloma Faith.
She later admitted that her decision to leave ‘The Voice’ was due to scheduling conflicts.
Her first year on the ‘X Factor’ panel was a successful one, mentoring the eventual winner Louisa Johnson, who won out in last year’s final against Reggie ‘N’ Bollie.
