Have you ever wondered what it takes to get a supermodel figure? According to Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, it's all down to dance classes, fresh juices and er, bacon.
The 27-year-old British beauty revealed a few of her diet and fitness secrets in an interview with Grazia at the launch of Coca Cola Life (it's a healthier version of the original fizzy drink) in London.
"I love dance classes!" she told the magazine. "I love Body by Simone - I go with my girlfriends, we all go and sweat our faces off and then have a healthy breakfast. You have to make it fun! I like to go to dance classes and feel like Beyoncé."
When she's not busting out moves to her favourite Beyoncé songs, pilates is another of Rosie's favourite workouts.
"It's amazing and has really changed my body," she said. "My teacher used to be a ballerina so she really understands the kind of lean body I want."
As for her diet, Rosie explained how it's difficult to stay healthy when she's constantly jet-setting with work.
"I'm travelling a lot so it's hard to find the balance - I really love my food! I'm always tempted by hotel room service, eating out, that sort of thing. I try and eat as organic as I can, and when I cook at home I keep it clean and healthy. So when I'm out I can enjoy a pudding or a glass of wine."
Rosie is also a big believer in juicing.
"I love cold-pressed juices. I try and have a few everyday to help me get enough nutrients," she said.
But there's one food she can't live without - bacon. Unlike her supermodel pal Cara Delevingne, Rosie hasn't got the word tattooed on her foot. Yet.
