Girls Aloud star Sarah Harding hasn't had an easy start to the year after becoming embroiled in a bloody fight with her ex-boyfriend in Austria in the early hours of New Year's Day but the singer has revealed that she is feeling "great" after taking some time out.
The brave beauty was spotted looking cheerful yesterday whilst out and about in London's Primrose Hill and told fans: "What doesn't kill you only makes you stronger."
30-year-old Sarah got into a violent argument with her Dutch ex-boyfriend Theo De Vries, 35, who she met whilst staying at a rehab facility in Cape Town, South Africa, last year.
Sarah, who was treated for alcohol addiction and depression whilst in rehab, revealed how she was beaten and dragged around the room by her hair in the early hours of New Year's Day whilst staying with Theo at the Hotel Schloss Matzen near Innsbruck.
However, the star was looking refreshed and happy as she stopped to speak to fans yesterday.
Speaking to the Daily Star, an onlooker said: "Sarah looked like she hadn't got a care in the world."
The Promise singer has admitted to having a relapse and drinking alcohol since leaving rehab but is soldiering on and is determined to beat her demons and recover from the fight.
"Sarah is a trouper and doesn't want anyone to worry so she is putting on a brave face in public while licking her wounds at home."
We're glad you're on the mend, Sarah!
