When Scarlett Johansson sauntered down the red carpet this week during the Venice Film Festival wearing a HUGE vintage diamond art deco ring on her engagement finger - we knew something was up. YES, it's official. Scarlett is engaged to marry French journalist Romain Dauriac. Hurrah!
ScarJo's publicist told Harper's Bazaar UK that "I can confirm that Scarlett and Romain are engaged" but "they haven't chosen a date for the wedding".
Scarlett was a vision in that Versace gown and Bulgari bling at the premiere of her latest film Under The Skin in Venice earlier this week. The couple we ALL smiles as they sat side by side during the screening and now we know why. Man, they're a beautiful couple.
After nine months together - the two have clearly fallen head over heels for one another and are set to be a pretty perfect couple. That Parisian chic thing? Scarlett will be a pro.
