We know extended breastfeeding is something of a trend among some mothers, but new mum Shakira is perhaps taking it a bit too far...
The Voice coach has been reported as saying that she is so enamored with breastfeeding that she is going to continue to nurse her son until adulthood!
The 36-year-old singer gave birth to her little boy Milan four months ago, and credits feeding him with her post-baby weight loss.
"I think that it helps a lot. I haven't weighed myself ... I think I'm close but I can't sing victory yet!" she told US Weekly.
But that's not all - the star who once warbled that her breasts were 'small and humble' has revealed that feeding her baby has become something of an addiction.
"Breastfeeding has been one of the best experiences of my life. I love it! I can't stop!" she said. "I think I'm going to breastfeed him until he goes to college! I'm hooked!"
