Shirley Webb is a 78-year-old grandmother with a penchant for lifting pretty hefty weights at the gym.
Webb can deadlift 225lbs (that's more than 16 stone) and to say we're impressed would be an understatement.
Webb's only form of exercise used to be mowing the lawn. But that all changed when she joined the local gym with her granddaughter.
The 78-year-old now attends twice a week and is proving to be very impressive in the weightlifting stakes - in the Instagram video above she deadlifts a 225 pound weight, three times.
Webb said that working out makes her feel great, which is why she loves it so much.
It took her just six months of going to the fitness club to be able to deadlift over 200 pounds.
She told ESPN: "When I go to the gym and work out, when I leave, I feel so much better than I did when I went in, and I just feel so good. I feel tremendous."
Her personal trainer John Wright added: "She inspires everybody that goes to the gym and it's fun to see that."
The grandmother has already set deadlifting records in both Illinois and Missouri. Who knows where she'll be headed next...
