Dawn and Sinitta reportedly met to clear the air

The case relates to an incident that allegedly took place at Mayfair restaurant Salmontini le Resto in April.

“Miss Malone says Ward was aggressive and there was a verbal argument and an alleged assault by striking Miss Malone while sitting down and throwing a napkin at her.

“There are no injuries. There will be four witnesses, including the complaint, and three independent witnesses.”

Another outlet adds that it’s believed there is CCTV footage of the incident.

Dawn will return to court in February 2006, for a trial that is scheduled to last a day.

While Sinitta is something of a celebland veteran, Dawn is a bit of a newbie, though reality TV fans will recognise her from ITV2’s ‘Real Housewives Of Cheshire’.

Dawn is married to former pro footballer Ashley Ward, and the couple now run their own interior design company Bilton Ward Developments.

The company, which employs over 25 members of staff, counts Coleen and Wayne Rooney, and Abbey Clancy and Peter Crouch among their clients.
