The prime minister of Spain has been sucker punched in the head by a teenager while out on the campaign trail.
Mariano Rajoy was campaign in the run-up to his country's general election when he was seen speaking with a small crowd in the city of Pontevedra in the Galicia region.
The attacker then proceeded to punch him in the side of the head.
Rajoy later appeared with a red mark on the side of his face where he was punched, although his attacker did not appear to have drawn blood.

He later tweeted his thanks to supporters for their concern.
Rival candidates also sent Rajoy messages of support following the incident.
A man, who has not yet been identified, has been arrested in connection with the incident.
The Spanish general election takes place on Sunday, when Rajoy’s party is expected to triumph.
