The Spice Girls will attend the opening night of their West End musical Viva Forever when it debuts in December it has been revealed.
The Daily Mail have reported the show, which features songs songs such as Wannabe, The Lady Is A Vamp, Who Do You Think You Are and Mamma, will open at the Piccadilly Theatre in London, where Ghost The Musical is currently running.
Written by Judy Craymer and Jennifer Saunders the musical will centre around a mother and daughter and will also include a television talent show.
In an interview with The Mirror, Saunders revealed: "During one read through I played one song and then Emma said ‘Oh I think I’m going to cry I loved this song.’
“It's a collection of their best memories and they had such a ball, such a great time together."
Spice Girls Geri Halliwell, Emma Bunton, Victoria Beckham, Melanie Chisholm and Melanie Brown have all been involved in the creation of the musical with varying degrees of participation.
The news of their reunion comes after The Mirror reported in April that not all of the girls would attend the opening night.
“For them to kiss and make up is going to be a miracle."
Meanwhile, Sporty Spice Mel C recently announced she would be starring in Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber's revival of Jesus Christ Superstar in the West End.
