With just a matter of days left to go until the Spice Girls reunite on stage, anticipation for their tour is at fever pitch.
But the girls have dialled up the excitement a couple of notches with a first look at what fans can expect to see.
The band’s official Instagram account posted a picture of the staging for their Spice World show, which begins in Dublin on Friday.
It reveals a huge globe and LED screens, encased in a massive banner wrapping around the stage.
The post on Instagram was captioned: “Spice World production rehearsals done! Roll on Friday.”
Geri Horner also shared a similar image, along with one of her and Mel C in rehearsals.
The Spice Girls have been preparing for the tour for the past few weeks, but were forced to deny rumours of a rift last month when Mel B missed the start of rehearsals.
Emma Bunton confirmed she was “rehearsing in LA because she’s still got commitments and her children”, although she later joined her bandmates in London.
Rumours of a feud came after Mel B publicly stated she once once had sex with Geri.
After a brief period of silence, Geri addressed Mel’s comments, and the media reports which followed, by saying they were “disappointing”, “hurtful” and “not true”.
The Spiceworld Tour was announced last November with six dates, but it was later was extended to 13 dates due to popular demand.
Victoria Beckham has chosen to sit out the reunion to focus on her fashion business, but it has been hinted she may put in an appearance at one of the shows when she attends to watch with her family.
