Family and friends of Nick Alexander, the Briton killed in last November's Paris terror attacks, will be joined by a host of rock stars for a concert celebrating his life tonight.
Organisers behind the tribute gig, dubbed A Peaceful Noise, said special guests have also been lined up to perform at Shepherd's Bush Empire in London.
Travis frontman Fran Healy, Supergrass's Gaz Coombes and rockers Maximo Park are among those on the bill.
The concert was arranged after Mr Alexander, originally from Colchester in Essex but who was living in London before his death, was killed at the Bataclan theatre in Paris on November 13 last year.
The 35-year-old was a roadie with US band the Eagles Of Death Metal when three terrorists stormed the 150-year-old building and killed those inside.
Members of Mr Alexander's family travelled to Paris at the weekend where mourners marked the anniversary of the atrocities.
Speaking to the Press Association, Mr Alexander's sister, Zoe, said: "Nick's at the heart and centre of this event but we also want to reflect generally how the industry came together.
"Everybody will bring their own thing to it.
"We'll be there down the front - family, friends, fans of the artists and people who just want to pay tribute.
"I wish we weren't putting it on but we can't change what happened.
"I have hugely mixed feelings going into the weekend but the concert has been a hugely positive focus for us, as is the charity we set up.
"We are very grateful for the support everybody has given this event.
"I think it's going to be uplifting, emotional, but a really special and hopefully very fitting tribute to everyone who was there at the Bataclan."
