Just a few days ago dying teenager, Stephen Sutton, posted a final thumbs up on Facebook.
Now though, things seem to have taken a turn for the better after he "coughed up a tumour".
Stephen's remarkable story has so far raised £2,800,000 pounds for the Teenage Cancer Trust, the largest single donation the charity has ever received.
The campaign has been boosted by the backing of a number of celebrities including comedian Jason Manford who announced on Sunday he would be holding a special fundraising gig.
Raising the money was number one on his bucket list of 46 wishes including hugging an elephant:
Crowd-surfing in a rubber dinghy:
Along the way he has met bands, celebrities and all manner of famous folk:
He even got to read the news... sort of.
Truly inspirational stuff.
