Charlotte Crosby Admits Feeling Snubbed By 'Strictly Come Dancing'

Will the BBC say 'why aye' to the 'Geordie Shore' star?

Charlotte Crosby has admitted to feeling snubbed by the BBC, claiming that they would never invite her to take part in ‘Strictly Come Dancing’.

Around this time of year, stars itching to throw on their dancing shoes often get a bit more vocal about wanting to take part in ‘Strictly’ (just ask Michelle Heaton last year…), and this year is no exception, with the ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ winner voicing her ambition to hit the dance floor.

However, she’s also admitted she doesn’t exactly have high hopes, due to her less than high-brow past forays into reality television.

We can see Charlotte’s point, but let’s not forget that in the lead-up to last year’s ‘I’m A Celebrity’, she said: I did 'Celebrity Big Brother' and I’d really love to go into the jungle now – but I don’t think they’d have us. They said they don’t want anyone from 'Geordie Shore'.

Which is all well and good… but who was crowned Queen of the Jungle last year? Vicky Pattison, formerly of ‘Geordie Shore’ fame.

So there you go, Charlotte. Perhaps there’s hope for you on ‘Strictly’ after all.

In past years, 'Strictly' has opened its doors to stars who got their big break on reality TV, including Mark Wright and Alison Hammond.
