The actor and radio presenter announced the news on BBC Radio 1, where he hosts the weekend afternoon show.

“Fast forward to 2019 I’m going to be on this year’s series of Strictly Come Dancing. I swore attribution because I’m coming.”
Dev began his career in children’s television, before landing a his own show on BBC’s 1Xtra.
He was then fast-tracked to BBC Radio 1 and Dev did a long stint hosting early breakfast, warming the nation up for then host Chris Moyles who was later succeeded by Nick Grimshaw.
