'Strictly Come Dancing': James Jordan's 'Fix' Accusations Slammed By Bosses

'His claim is complete and utter rubbish.'

‘Strictly Come Dancing’ bosses have been forced to speak out over new “fix” claims, started by one of the show’s former professional dancers, James Jordan.

Since leaving ‘Strictly’ (and, indeed, even while he was still on it), James has repeatedly spoken out against aspects of the BBC series that he’s displeased with.

He’s now accused producers of rigging the show in favour of certain members of the pro dancing team, following this weekend’s launch.

After it was revealed which celebrities the professionals had been partnered with, James remarked on Twitter: “Did anyone notice some pro’s ALWAYS get celebs that have had loads of dance training… Not fair on other pro’s… Not been challenged. [sic]”

More specifically, he suggested that bosses were rigging the show in favour of Kevin and Karen Clifton, who have been partnered with pop stars Will Young and Louise Redknapp this year.

However, ‘Strictly’ bosses have been quick to dispel James’ suggestions, branding them “utter rubbish”.

James recently weighed in with his thoughts on who should replace Len Goodman on the panel when he steps down at the end of this year, while also suggesting he wouldn’t be sorry to see the back of Craig Revel Horwood or Bruno Tonioli.
