Strictly Come Dancing's Ola Jordan And Aliona Vilani 'Wanted For New Series Of I'm A Celebrity'

Who'll be foxtrotting into the jungle this year?

‘I’m A Celebrity’ bosses are reportedly divided over two former ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ professionals they’re hoping to sign up for this year’s series.

Both Ola Jordan and reigning champion Aliona Vilani stepped down from the BBC dance show when the most recent series wrapped up, with new reports claiming that ‘I’m A Celeb’ producers are hoping to snag one of them to go Down Under this year.

Ola has repeatedly hit the headlines since stepping down as a professional dancer on ‘Strictly’, most notably when she spoke out against the show in her new, imaginatively-titled autobiography, ‘Strictly Ola’.

So far, only one ‘Strictly’ pro has ever taken part in ‘I’m A Celebrity’, with Vincent Simone appearing in the jungle in 2013, though both James Jordan and Kristina Rihanoff have appeared on ‘Celebrity Big Brother’.

Meanwhile, on Thursday (22 September) Vicky Pattison confirmed rumours that she was taking on a new presenting role on ITV2’s ‘I’m A Celebrity’ spin-off, with fellow new recruits Stacey Solomon and Chris Ramsey set to join Joe Swash.
