Student Kwasi Enin Gets Accepted Into ALL Eight Ivy League Universities

Student Gets Into ALL Eight Ivy League Universities

A humble student may have made history after being accepted into all EIGHT of the prestigious Ivy league colleges in America.

Kwasi Enin, from Long Island in New York, is still in shock after hearing he was offered places at Brown, Columbia, Cornell, Dartmouth, Harvard, Princeton, Pennsylvania and Yale - phew. Kwasi, the son of Ghanian immigrants, thought he'd apply to boost his chances of getting in to one - let alone all eight.

The 17-year-old told Newsday he thought he might be accepted into two or three, but never thought he'd achieve the full flush.

"I was like -- this can't be happening," he said. "I've never heard of someone getting all eight."

Not only is he an academic whizz, Kwasi also sings in a choir, plays the viola and throws shotput at his high school William Floyd.

Principal Barbara Butler said: "You could see the potential that Kwasi had back then and to see it all come together is truly spectacular."

"He has it all together -- he's extremely intelligent, hardworking, well-rounded and humble," she continued.

Kwasi's father added: "We are very proud of him. He's an amazing kid. He's very humble. He's been trained to be a high achiever right from when he was a kid. We have been encouraging him to be an all-around student. So far, he has proved himself."
