Sue Radford from ‘Britain’s biggest family’ has given birth to her 20th child.
The 42-year-old mum and her husband Noel, 45, who rose to fame on the TV show ‘16 Kids And Counting’, welcomed baby Archie on Monday 18 September.
And it seems the couple feel their family is now complete.
“We’re happy to be finishing on a nice even number,” the mum told The Sun.
“I’m just chuffed he is here safe and sound. It’s strange knowing you’re not going to have any more.”
The couple, who have nearly 270,000 followers on Facebook, said they felt sad “this was it” but were looking forward to enjoying their children.
They are already parents to Chris, 28, Sophie, 23, Chloe, 22, Jack, 20, Daniel, 18, Luke and Millie 16, Katie, 14, James, 13, Ellie, 12, Aimee, 11, Josh, ten, Max, eight, Tillie, seven, Oscar, five, Casper, four, Hallie, two, and Phoebe, 13 months. Radford lost a son when she was 23 weeks pregnant in 2014.
Noel Radford had a vasectomy when his wife was pregnant with her ninth child, but he had it reversed when they decided they wanted more children.
Speaking of how their kids are finding having a new baby brother, the mum added: “They love him to bits already. They sat on the sofa lining up for a cuddle. He’ll never be short of a hug.”
The couple revealed in March 2017 they were expecting their 20th child. After welcoming their 19th child in July 2016, the mum admitted it probably wouldn’t be her last.
“Our friends and family keep saying I should have another one to get an even number – so round it off to an even 20,” she said at the time.
“I can’t rule it out.”
