From tennis dresses at Topshop Unique to crop tops at Richard Nicholl, sports-inspired collections were a big hit at London Fashion Week's Spring/Summer 2015 shows.
However, when it comes to beauty, does this trend translate? Of course! Just add a touch of sweat and you're good to go.
Sweaty, or in fashion speak "dewy," skin has been seen at the Spring/Summer 2015 shows in both New York (where temperatures have been a balmy 30 degrees) and London.
The Cut spotted this "sportswear chic" look backstage at Alexander Wang and Prabal Gurung, where hairstylist Paul Hanlon created a look inspired by "girls walking down the street like they just came back from the gym."
While you might have visions of red, puffed-out faces, what this actually meant was high-shine ponytails and wet-look eyelids with a hint of gold shimmer.
The glowing complexions in London also gave way to a more natural beauty look.
At Topshop, make up artist Hannah Murray complemented the sporty references in the collection with her effortlessly cool vision.
"Skin is youthful, glowing and paired back," she said backstage. "Use primer on the t-zone and concealer where needed, to cover blemishes, and allow skin to breathe with a flawless and velvety finish."
Murray also added Topshop's Beauty Cheek Gel in Plum and the Beauty Glow Stick in Play Up to the hollows of the cheeks for a "youthful flush" and a "non-cosmetic feel."
If paired back, "dewy" skin is the new way to glow, then this is a beauty trend we can all get on board with.
The key to this look? A good moisturiser...
