'The Apprentice': Fired Candidate Michelle Niziol Throws Shade At Competitors

'I went for the wrong reasons.'

Fired ‘Apprentice’ candidate Michelle Niziol has laid into the show, following her elimination in the series opener.

Michelle was the first of this year’s 18 candidates to be given the chop by Lord Sugar in the debut episode of the new series, after serving as project manager of the failing team.

Addressing her exit, she admitted to the Daily Star that she thinks she was axed for the “wrong reasons”, insisting: I’m only out just because no-one else wanted to be leader and the blame was put on me.”

The newspaper also asked her about her fellow competitors, and while her comments might seem complimentary on the surface, we’ve seen enough ‘Real Housewives’ to know shade when we see it.

Describing how the remaining candidates are better suited for reality television than the boardroom, she continued: “I think Karthik, or ‘The Big K’ as he calls himself, is a very smart man with a massive personality and loves the cameras.
