After months of trying to come up with the most inventive name for the new addition to the Beckham family, the guessing game is finally over. Victoria and David Beckham have announced that they have named their baby girl Harper Seven.
David posted a message on his Facebook page welcoming the arrival of his first daughter. He wrote, "I am so proud and excited to announce the birth of our daughter Harper Seven Beckham. She weighed a healthy 7lbs 10oz and arrived at 7.55 this morning, here in LA. Victoria is doing really well and her brothers are delighted to have a baby sister xx".
Fellow Spice Girls Mel B and Emma Bunton have been congratulating Victoria via twitter. Mel B, who is also expecting a child this year, wrote "congrats!!! Yipeee another spice baby is born, damn it wish it was me this AM cos I feel like I'm about to POP!"
