The Great British Bake Off is back!
The wonderful baking show – and the dream team of Mary Berry, Paul Hollywood and Mel and Sue – returns to our screens on Wednesday, August 6, with a new fancy home on BBC One.
Yes, cake just got bigger.
But rest assured baking fans, despite its move up from BBC Two, the marquee, judges and expert punnery remains in place, as this brand new trailer proves.

Mary's in her florals, Paul's doing his best silver fox impression, and Mel and Sue are...constantly eating as 12 new bakers take to the tent and try and impress the team.
New for this year, the BBC has announced a new spin-off programme, The Great British Bake Off – An Extra Slice. The show will be hosted by Jo Brand and will accompany the main series on BBC Two.
