Sam Faiers (she of dumping Mark Wright in the season finale of The Only Way Is Essex fame) ditched the usual TOWIE dress code of bust-tacular sparkly minidresses in favour of recreating Natalie Portman's famous Black Swan look to launch Lakeside's biggest ever Christmas today.

Sam pulled out her best ballet moves as she posed for pictures at the event wearing a black tutu, white tights and a black tiara. She finished the look with the full Black Swan eye makeup (although she sensibly opted not to wear the devilish red contacts Natalie Portman wears for the film poster) which apparently took a bum-numbing four hours in the makeup chair to perfect.

Now, despite the fact we clearly watch it religiously, we tend not to write about what the TOWIE lot are wearing. Mostly because it would devolve into a discussion on natural skin tone, exactly how much boob it's acceptable to have on show in a public place, and whether Gemma saying she would totally get with Arg if he wasn't with Lydia was an appropriate thing to say to Lydia's face (it wasn't). BUT fair dos to Sam - it's an impressive transformation and we're rather liking the look on her.
