The Queen isn't allowed to make her personal opinion on political matters publicly known but sometimes a few snippets of conversation caught on camera can be very telling.
At a meeting with Northern Ireland's Deputy First Minister, Martin McGuinness, on Monday Her Majesty was asked: "Are you well?"
She replied: "Thank you very much. I'm still alive anyway.
"Ha, we've been quite busy. There's been quite a lot going on.
"I've had two birthdays, so we've been quite busy."
As well as two birthdays, Britain has voted to the leave the EU, David Cameron has resigned, the Labour party is an absolute shambles, the UK's credit rating has been downgraded and racist attacks are up all over the country.
Oh, and England are out of the Euros after a humiliating defeat at the hands of Iceland.
But at least we're still alive...
The Queen and Prince Phillip are on a two-day tour of Northern Ireland and met McGuinness and First Minister Arlene Foster at Hillsborough Castle.
On Tuesday, the Royals tour the coast with a visit to the Giant's Causeway.
