Three children have died and another child is critically ill after a suspicious house fire.
Firefighters were called to a mid-terraced house in Jackson Street, Worsley, Greater Manchester, at just before 5am on Monday.
Two people managed to escape the blaze before crews arrived but five more needed to be rescued.
Police later confirmed the deaths of the youngsters.
A large police presence is at the scene as both ends of Jackson Street are cordoned off, with one end blocked by large steel barriers.
Forensic investigators are also in attendance, while a number of Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service vehicles are parked in adjacent streets.
