Benidorm star Tim Healy has tidied up in the love stakes since separating from Denise Welch - he is dating a cleaner he met in a pub.
The Loose Women presenter announced she had ended her 23-year marriage to Tim in a tear-stained confession live on TV last month.
The actress swiftly made her romance with toyboy lover Lincoln Townley public by flaunting him on the showbiz party scene, but the former Auf Wiedersehen, Pet actor is not crying into his pint over the split - because he has found love in his local.
Tim is head-over-heels for Joan Anderton, 50, who works in a cafe and cleans his favourite boozer in Cheshire, according to The Sun.
A source tells the paper: "Tim has been spending a lot of time in the pub so it's not surprising it's where he met his girlfriend.
"They met a few months ago. She's a down-to-earth mum who's done various jobs, from cleaning to working in a cafe.
"They seem really happy. Tim never craved the partying lifestyle Denise enjoys. Joan has a grown-up son who lives with her, but she's been single for a long time.
"Denise and Tim still live together but we won't be surprised if things change. Joan lives in a small semi a couple of miles away from him. His car is sometimes parked outside."
