This is the dramatic moment a young girl is rescued after getting her head wedged in balcony railings - leaving her dangling out of her second floor home.
The four-year-old girl was seen hanging out of the railings of her home's balcony in central China by passers-by. She was rescued by a local man with a ladder.
She had been left home alone.
Doctors say she is safe and well after her rescue, with just a slight mark on her neck where she was wedged between the railings.
