Oh to be a fly on the (flock) wall (paper) of the Veer Dhara Indian restaurant when Tom Cruise rocked up for a Ruby Murray.
The Mission Impossible star and eight family and friends made the surprise visit to the St. Albans curry house on Tuesday where they racked up a bill of over £200 and left a £79 tip.
Mind you, the bill wouldn't have been quite so high had Tom not gone for the lobster AND a chicken tikka masala.
Honestly, eyes bigger than his belly that one.
Tom wasn't quite getting down with the locals though. Ahead of his arrival a bodyguard entered the restaurant and warned requested no one to hassle the star guest.
What? Not even a signed poppadum?
Manager Darshit Hora told the BBC: "He said, 'Tom Cruise is visiting your restaurant and doesn't want to disclose that he will be here. He is with his family and just wants to have a nice relaxing evening'. He said he was staying about 15 miles away and came here because it was recommended."
Can I recommend maybe getting it delivered next time, Tom?
