Looks like TOWIE's Frankie Essex is taking this whole 'no carbs before Marbs' thing pretty seriously.
The reality star was pictured being put through her paces as she continues with her weight-loss regime, ahead of the annual Essex exodus to Marbella.
And it's good to see that it's not just us who pull a whole set of ridiculous faces when working out.
Mind you, we certainly don't look this good while doing so.
Frankie has already dropped a dress size after putting herself on a programme of healthy eating and exercise.
She set off on the mission after being unhappy with her body next to her 'TOWIE' co-stars.
She told Closer magazine earlier this year: "I really hated my wobbly belly. Being surrounded by girls like Billie Faiers and Jess Wright, who have amazing figures, didn’t help either. And being on TV made me more conscious of my body."
Well we think she's looking great. Well done, Frankie!
