Tracy Morgan's condition has been upgraded from 'critical' to 'fair' following the car crash that left him and two others badly injured and one of his friends dead.
The American actor and comedian, who is best known in the UK for his role in '30 Rock', suffered broken ribs, a broken leg, broken nose and broken femur in the New Jersey highway crash on 7 June.

Fellow comedian James McNair was killed in the accident and another two people were seriously injured.
A spokesman for the 45-year-old star said: "Happy to pass along that Tracy has been upgraded to fair condition, which is a great improvement.
"His personality is certainly starting to come back as well."
Tracy was traveling in a limo bus with four others when a Walmart truck slammed into the vehicle.
The truck driver turned himself in to police the night of the crash and has pleaded not guilty to charges that include vehicular homicide and assault by auto.
Police said the driver, Kevin Roper, had been awake for more than 24 hours at the time of the crash.
Morgan's assistant, Jeffrey Millea has also been upgraded to a fair condition, but comedian Ardie Fuqua remains in a critical condition.
