Mums-to-be are desperate for girls, just like Victoria Beckham, a newspaper claims.
The Daily Mail reports a rise in the number of pregnant women only wanting daughters - with bloggers and message board users even coining phrase for the such women: SMOGs.
Smug Mother Of Girls is the term given to mums who worship their daughters, and find the idea of sons abhorrent.
The paper also claims that fertility docs are seeing more mums-to-be who only want girls, with some would-be-parents travelling abroad to undergo selected embryo implantation.
