Tube services were badly disrupted again today - just days before the start of the Olympics.
A late finish to engineering work meant severe delays to those using the Circle and District lines in the early part of the morning rush hour.
Yesterday a fire alert at Charing Cross Underground station led to a part-suspension of the Bakerloo line.
Firefighters were called to Charing Cross following the smell of smoke on the line. A panel was being replaced before full services could start again.
Severe delays continued for several hours on the Bakerloo line on Tuesday.
There were also rush-hour delays today to London-bound main line services operated by the Southern train company.
This was caused by a broken-down train between Horsham and Warnham in West Sussex.
