Tulisa has celebrated settling legal action against her ex boyfriend Justin Edwards over her leaked sex tape with a radical new look.

The X Factor judge has dyed her hair platinum blonde, debuting her new do outside the High Court earlier on Thursday when she claimed the "truth had come out".

The star said that "Justin had messed with the wrong woman this time"

She obviously wanted to keep her blonde locks a surprise for the occasion, as last night she tweeted a picture of a black wig with the caption: "For the two paps that just papped me outside the hairdressers.... Sorry guys... GOTCHA! ;-)"

Tulisa was triumphant as she left court, telling reporters: "This time, Justin messed with the wrong woman".

In a brief statement, she thanked her fans and revealed she was heading off to Ibiza now that the drama surrounding the tape is over.

Tulisa later tweeted a picture of herself en route to Ibiza with friends

"I just want to thank my fans for all their support - with that support I have won this case. This time, Justin messed with the wrong woman," she said.

"I'm just really happy that the truth is out. It's a fresh start for me today after this, and it's my birthday, and now, of course, I'm off to Ibiza."

Asked if she had learned anything from the experience, she replied: "Take it, use it as experience to make you stronger and don't let it beat you."

Her solicitor, Jonathan Coad, told Mr Justice Tugendhat that the invasion of Miss Contostavlos's privacy "was of the most severe kind imaginable".

"She suffered and continues to suffer very serious distress at this wholly unjustified and unlawful interference with her rights.

"She has been particularly distressed by the wholly untrue allegation made by some that she was in some way complicit with the release of the footage. She was not, as this statement makes clear."

He added that Justin - who is now banned from speaking further about their relationship - was now keen to move on and wished Tulisa well for the future.
