Tulisa arrives at Chelmsford Magistrates Court

Savvas has accused Tulisa of swinging her arms towards him at the music festival, claiming that she made contact with his left eye.

He's also said he suffered swelling to the eye after the incident and he told the District Judge that the singer raised her fists in the air.

"Everyone was jumping around trying to get at me, there was a lot going on," he said.

Savvas added that after the incident he was led away by security, who allegedly told him: “There's one of you and 15 of them, and we don't want to see you get hurt”.

Prosecutor Matthew McNiff told the court that the incident happened on 18 August at 12.30am as the blogger was leaving the event.

"She saw the opportunity to hit him, and hit him in the eye," McNiff told the court.

Tulisa’s defence is that she had been careful to keep her arms behind her back, and someone else assaulted Savvas Morgan.

The singer is due to appear in court later this year to face charges relating to being concerned with the supply of class A drugs, which she has pleaded not guilty to.
