Tulisa Contostavlos: 'I Feel Like The Most Hated Woman In Britain'

The vile Twitter abuse Tulisa Contostavlos receives on a daily basis has left the singer terrified she's become "the most hated woman in Britain".

The N-Dubz singer has enjoyed a stellar few years in the limelight after landing her judging role on The X Factor and her first solo number one single with Young.

But with the highs come the lows, and Tulisa reveals she is targeted by bitter online trolls every day - and the abuse is so bad it's brought her pals to tears.

She said: "People just do it for the sake of it - they will sit down and write the most horrific, abusive messages and they couldn't care less.

"Sometimes they are 12-year-old kids sending these things. I've seen grown women read the messages and it brings tears to their eyes.

"I've had people tell me this has happened to them but it's something you have got to let go over your head. If I was to base my opinion on Twitter I'd be like, 'Oh my god, I must be the most hated woman in Britain'."

But it's not only faceless Twitter users Tulisa gets abuse from - earlier this year she was embroiled in a war of words with none other than Lord Alan Sugar.

The Apprentice star had settled in to watch the premiere of this year's X Factor when Tulisa started to annoy him, prompting him to tweet: "Can you tell me who the hell this Tulisa bird is - what has she done?

"This Tulisa talks nonsense on X Factor, what qualifications does she have to judge singing talent. Please advise where I am missing the point."

Never one to back down, the singer soon got wind of the tweets and fired back, writing: "Stick to judging on the Apprentice & I'll stick to what I know MUSIC #itsaNOfromme."

She then wrote: "Soz bout that tweet peeps. But that t**t has been bad mouthing me since last year!"
