Tulisa Contostavlos's ex-boyfriend is adamant he never leaked their sex tape onto the internet and he has blamed the singer for persuading him to film the raunchy footage in the first place.
The six-minute film features Tulisa performing a sex act on her former boyfriend, Justin Edwards, and she had claimed he was the one who made the footage public, winning a court injunction to ban the tape and slapping him with a £100,000 lawsuit.
Not so, according to the rapper - who also goes by the name MC Ultra.
In a statement read to London's High Court, Justin said: "I am disgusted it (the tape) has been (made public), and regret ever allowing the claimant to persuade me that we should film ourselves. I simply do not, and never have, possessed the film referred to."
Justin is also relieved to have finally broken his silence, revealing the aftermath of the sex tape's release has been a "nightmare" for his family.
