One Direction, Olly Murs and Cher Lloyd have all proved you don't have to win 'The X Factor' to get a record deal and now Union J have done the same after getting signed by Sony Music.
Despite coming fourth in this year's competition, Jaymi, JJ, George and Josh have signed on the dotted line with the major label, which is home to the likes of Alicia Keys and Rita Ora.

Speaking on today's 'Daybreak', Jaymi confirmed the news, saying: "It's amazing. It's been a crazy week.
"Obviously when we came out of the show the dream was to get a record deal and we're going to Sony today to sort out all the contracts and stuff. Before Christmas we will have our deal finalised."
And the boys aren't the only ones celebrating because Ella Henderson has also been snapped up by the same label.
The 16-year-old was an early favourite to win this year's series but ended up coming sixth.
This year's winner, James Arthur signed to Simon Cowell's label, Syco and has just scored the year's fastest selling single with his debut release, 'Impossible'.
