Pop star, businesswoman, fashion designer... And, now, Victoria Beckham has been made a UNAIDS International Goodwill Ambassador. So what exactly does that mean?
Victoria will work towards helping to ensure children are born without HIV and that children and women who are living with the virus are given the treatment and medicine they need.
The announcement of her appointment was made at a press conference in New York on 25 September.
Executive Director of Joint UN Programme on HIV/AIDS Michel Sidibe presented Beckham with a UNAIDS international goodwill ambassador certificate during the press conference on the sideline of the 69th Session of the UN General Assembly at the United Nations in New York.
Victoria herself was there to receive the certificate. According to the Independent, she said: "This is the beginning of an important journey for me. As a woman and a mother I have a responsibility to support other women.
"I am proud and honoured to be working with UNAIDS in this new role to help to raise resources and awareness to support and empower women and children affected by HIV."
Victoria has been working hard to get her new London flagship store ready for the public.
And she even missed the Mayfair store's afternoon opening so she could speak at the United Nations General Assembly, with hubby David stepping in to represent her.
She looked fabulous as ever in New York in a navy suit with black lapels, and worked smokey brown eye makeup.
According to the Mirror, it is thought Victoria will fly straight back from America so she can make the evening event at her first UK store.
Is there anything this woman can't do?
In August, Victoria hosted an online sale of 600 items from her wardrobe to raise money and awareness for mothers living with HIV in sub-Saharan Africa. See more in the video below:
