We realise it takes a certain suspension of disbelief to squeeze oneself into a Sexy Nurse or Human Sperm costume, but this Halloween seems to really take the biscuit in terms of stupidity.
First there were people dressing up as Ray Rice - the footballer who beat up his fiancee - dragging a blow-up doll, then there were 'My Wife Went To Africa And All I Got Was This Lousy Ebola T-Shirt', and now Walmart, one of the USA's biggest retailer has contracted a spectacular case of foot in mouth disease.
Walmart uploaded their plus-sizeHalloween costumes to the site under the guise of... Fat Girl Costumes.
Proving the universe isn't an unjust place, this went down like a lead balloon among shoppers, with customers taking to Twitter to express their disappointment.

Walmart have since changed the category to a less-offensive 'Women's Plus Size Halloween Costumes' and have issued an apology.
A spokesperson for the retail giant told The Huffington Post: "This never should have been on our site. It is unacceptable, and we apologise. We are working to remove it as soon as possible and ensure this never happens again."
But that doesn't undo the damage they've caused.
Furthermore, what's equally confusing is that around the same time that the subsection labelled 'Fat Girl Costumes' was up, so was another section called 'Women's Plus Size Adult'.
So was this some kind of horrible trick? Or are they genuinely under the impression that 'Fat Girl Costumes' are an inoffensive thing?
Either way, somebody should be held accountable.
