Here's one of my favourite fat loss "mind hacks" - it works for me and it works for my clients, maybe it could help you too.

This little thought technique could well be the key that unlocks fat loss for you, especially if the main reason you find healthy eating difficult is that you miss the enjoyment you get from eating fattening food.

Don't be put off by how simple this sounds, repeat this short process each day and the results will amaze you...

Gain Control of Your Eating Habits in Two Minutes per day

All it takes is a couple of minutes each morning to think about this:

What would really give you more pleasure - eating that junky food, or getting the fat of your body?

...Which would really be more satisfying - seeing the numbers on the scale or tape measure drop and feeling your clothes get looser, or eating that crappy food?

...What are you going to choose - a few seconds of enjoyment from eating that fattening food (which often turns to regret even before you've swallowed it) or living every second of every day in a fit, lean, healthy body?

Ask yourself, which of those options would you really enjoy more? As you think about it, really get into the feelings that making either choice once make.

Your Body, Your Choice, Your Results

I'm not going to tell you which is the right choice to make, it's totally up to you. But I think I know which would really give you the most pleasure in the long term.

It could take a few days, maybe weeks or even months, of reminding yourself of your answers to those questions before making better food choices starts to come naturally to you. But if you repeat the process of considering your answers to those questions consistently every day, eventually your subconscious brain will get the message and those days of mindlessly pushing junk food into your body will be over.

Try it for just one month and enjoy the view as day by day, you see your body shape begin to reflect the healthy choices you're making.
