If you're despairing for humanity during the festive period thanks to things like this Harvey Nichols advert, then this video might offer a crumb of comfort.
For Canadian airline WestJet pulled off its own little Christmas miracle - treating 250 of its passengers to an unforgettable surprise.
The airline set up kiosks at Hamilton and Toronto airports for two flights bound for Calgary. At the kiosks, passengers scanned their boarding passes and a Santa Claus figure appeared, asking them what they wanted for Christmas.
Some spritely members of staff then set off to buy these gifts - and had them all ready and waiting on the luggage carousels when the passengers landed in Calgary.
And none of them got lost in transit. A Christmas miracle indeed!
