Myleene Klass has revealed that her pensioner mum and sister have been mugged – prompting the TV presenter to Tweet a no-holds barred furious message to the thug.
She wrote: "To the person who mugged my 67 year old mum and my sister. I hope you get hit by a bus and die. Slowly."
Myleene lashed out after her sister Jessie and mother Magdalena were attacked, though she did not divulge further details.
Her Tweet was met with huge support from her 432,000 followers, and more than 100 retweets within minutes.
Celebrity supporters included presenter Kate Thornton, who wrote" "Is your mum ok? So sorry to hear that."
The mugging was not Myleene's first brush with violent street crime - in December 2005, she was attacked by a group of youths at a newsagents in Bermondsey, London.
The star had a bag of chips dropped on her head, and was pushed to the ground as the teenagers attempted to take photos of the terrified celebrity on their phones.
Myleene recently joined talk show Loose Women as a new guest panellist.
She said: "I'm really excited to be part of a team of strong, feisty, fearless women. I look forward to joining a conversation that usually happens in my kitchen!"
