"Ramadan is far more than just not eating food," says 25-year-old Imam Farhad Ahmad.
Ahmad is keen to use the holy month, which draws to a close in early July, as an opportunity to show others Islam is a holy religion.
"People can come and talk to Muslims about their faith. Nowadays when there is so much misunderstanding about Islam, Ramadan provides a perfect opportunity to talk to others."
