Telling your kids that they have a new brother or sister on the way is a tricky business.
Some children will be over the moon, while for others the shock can lead to tears - but the last thing you expect is to be told off!When Shannee Gibson Hart broke the news of her pregnancy to her six-year-old son Tré, he was less than impressed - and he wasn't afraid to tell his mum just what he thought about her 'happy news'
'What were you thinking?!' he asks before throwing his arms up in the air and adding: "This is exasperating!'
"This makes no sense. You have just had two babies and you just keep loving them forever, not having another baby."
When Shannee reassures Tré that she will never replace him and his sister Amiyah, he's still not satisfied.
"What kind of baby is that?" he asks.
Shanee explains that she doesn't know whether she's having a boy or a girl, and for a split second it looks like the idea of a brother might appease Tré. However, this doesn't last long as he comes to the conclusion:
"A boy's crying is even worse."
Shanee says he'll just have to get used to the crying and Tré, resigned to his fate as a big brother, replies: "OK, and buy me some ear plugs too."
"My husband and I been keeping a secret from Tré, finally told him and he was not happy. He's so smart we are very proud of our kids!"
