Everywhere women turn they are confronted with negative messages about their bodies, whether it's a advert of woman in a bikini selling weight loss supplements (we're looking at you, Protein World) or stupid social media trends where women contort their bodies to show they have slim waists (goodbye, Belly Button Challenge).
But newsflash, ladies, the truth is all women's bodies are different and should be celebrated equally.
That's why we're head-over-heels for this warning sticker, that reminds women about the negative impacts of consuming "unrealistic body images". Remember, Photoshop is not your friend.
Redditor attorney_steve spotted the sticker on the cover of a celebrity gossip magazine in his local doctor's surgery.
The sticker reads: "This magazine contains unrealistic body images that have been digitally modified. Please do not compare yourself to these unrealistic images."
Commenting on the photo, some Redditors have questioned why the magazine was there in the first place: "Maybe don't put them in your waiting area then."
While others question whether there is a really a need for such a disclaimer: "Are people not smart enough to remember that themselves?"
Most welcome the sticker, with one wisely quoting Baz Luhrmann's Sunscreen: "Do not read beauty magazines, they will only make you feel ugly."
