The Wrecking Ball singer presented the Superstar Award to fashion designer Marc Jacobs, and couldn't have showed his creations off in a better light.
Style-wise, Miley was the shining star of the night, but Joan Smalls, Doutzen Kroes, and Alexa Chung gave her a run for her money.
